1. Definitions

- “User”: a natural or legal person who uses Six Star's services.
- “Service”: executive transportation, transfer, reception, vehicle at one's disposal, or any other service offered or to be offered by Six Star.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the website, app, customer service channels, making a reservation, or using any service, the user declares that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.

3. Use of the Service

The user agrees to provide truthful and complete information, adhere to agreed-upon schedules, treat employees with respect, and use the service safely, appropriately, and without violating any laws in force in Brazil. It is prohibited to transport illegal substances, solicit services for illicit purposes, or endanger the safety and integrity of the driver, the vehicle, or third parties.

4. Values, Prices and Payments

Prices and values will be informed in advance and may vary according to distance, time, vehicle category, fare classification, weather and road conditions, and toll and ferry fees. Payments can be made via PIX, cash, credit/debit card, bank transfer (TED only), and travel marketplace (when applicable).

5. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are subject to the rules outlined in the Six Star Cancellation Policy.

6. Responsibilities

Six Star is committed to providing vehicles in perfect working order, ensuring qualified drivers, and handling personal data securely. Six Star is not responsible for belongings left in the vehicle, delays due to traffic, weather conditions or external factors, or damages caused by incorrect information provided by the user.

7. Intellectual property

All content on the Six Star website and brand is protected by law, and reproduction without authorization is prohibited.

8. Modifications and Jurisdiction

Six Star may revise these Terms at any time. The updated version will be available on our official channels. The courts of the district of Novo Hamburgo/RS - Brazil are chosen as the exclusive forum for resolving any disputes arising from these Terms.
